These Founding Member Bundle Purchase, Access, Cancellation and Refund Terms (“Bundle Terms”) apply to the purchase of the getURdiagnosis + rebuildURbody Founding Member Bundle (“Founding Member Bundle” or “Bundle”) from 4DPublicSpeaking Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

The Bundle includes access to the getURdiagnosis educational course and rebuildURbody private online community, subject to these Bundle Terms.

These Bundle Terms form part of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Health Information Disclaimer and Community Guidelines. If there is an inconsistency between these Bundle Terms and the general Terms of Use, these Bundle Terms apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

By purchasing the Bundle, you agree to these Bundle Terms.

1. About the Bundle

The Founding Member Bundle includes:

* access to the getURdiagnosis Course, delivered as a hybrid educational experience that may include live online sessions, recordings, written resources, worksheets, tools, templates and group educational discussion; and

* access to the rebuildURbody Community, a private online educational community that may include guided discussion, resources, prompts, live sessions, recordings, member interaction and other learning opportunities.

The specific inclusions, course dates, expected live-session schedule, access period, platform, and any stated bonuses are described on the purchase page and form part of these Bundle Terms.

The Course and Community are educational products. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical care, therapy, counselling, crisis support, emergency support or individual health-management services.

2. Founding-stage community

rebuildURbody is live and available to Founding Members from the time access is provided. It is a founding-stage community and will develop over time

through member participation, guided discussion, new resources, educational programming and our ongoing engagement.

The Community may be smaller and have fewer resources, discussions, events or active members during its early stage than it may have in the future. Your purchase recognises that you are joining as a Founding Member at this early stage.

We will engage with the Community and make reasonable efforts to provide the core features and access described on the purchase page. However, we do not guarantee a minimum number of members, posts, events, interactions, resources, particular contributor participation, response time, level of activity, individual outcomes or a particular Community experience.

We may develop, change, add, remove or improve Community resources, features, formats, events, schedules, discussion areas, moderators or platform arrangements over time, provided we do not materially reduce the overall nature and value of the paid Bundle without reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.

3. Course commencement and release date

The getURdiagnosis Course is being developed and delivered in stages.

The date on which the first substantive Course content becomes available to you is the “Course Content Release Date.”

Substantive Course content means the first of either:

* the first live Course session; or

* the first educational module, lesson, recording, worksheet or other substantive learning material made available in the Course member area.

Administrative emails, purchase receipts, welcome messages, access to the Community alone, or basic onboarding materials do not constitute substantive Course content and do not start the seven-day guarantee period.

We will notify you by email when the Course Content Release Date occurs and provide access instructions.

The expected Course Content Release Date is 1 January 2027. If this date changes materially, we will notify you.

If we cannot make substantive Course content available within a reasonable period after the date or maximum timeframe stated at purchase, you may contact us to discuss an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

4. Access and access period

The Bundle is delivered through Content Creator Machine, our website and associated course or community portals.

To access the Bundle, you must provide an accurate email address, create any required account, keep login credentials secure, use a compatible device and internet connection, and comply with the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

Your access is for your individual personal use only. You may not share, transfer, sell, sublicense, reproduce, publish, distribute or otherwise provide your account, login details, live-session links, recordings, community posts, downloads or member-only material to any other person.

Permanent Founding Member access

Founding Members receive access to the Course and Community for the operational lifetime of the relevant product or service, while we continue to operate and make it available. “Operational lifetime” does not mean access forever regardless of changes to technology, business operations, platform availability, legal requirements or product discontinuation.

If we permanently discontinue the Course or Community, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to download applicable purchased materials where practicable and where those materials can reasonably be made available for download.

5. Live sessions and recordings

The Course may include live online sessions. These may be recorded and made available to enrolled Founding Members for the access period stated on the purchase page.

Recordings may include your name, voice, video image, chat messages, questions and contributions that you choose to make.

If you do not wish to appear in a recording, keep your camera and microphone off, avoid posting identifying information in chat, and contact us before the session to discuss reasonable participation alternatives.

You must not record, screenshot, screen-capture, download, republish, share, distribute or otherwise use Course sessions, recordings, community content or another participant’s contribution without our written permission.

We will take reasonable steps to provide recordings where they are included in the Bundle. We cannot guarantee a recording will be available if a technical failure, privacy concern, legal issue or other circumstance outside our reasonable control prevents it. Where practicable, we will provide a reasonable alternative.

6. Community conduct and privacy

Your Community access is subject to our Community Guidelines.

You must not:

* provide or seek individual medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instructions, prescription advice, crisis help or emergency support;

* post abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, defamatory, unlawful or otherwise harmful material;

* share another member’s name, contact details, image, story, health information, screenshots, messages or other personal information outside the Community without their express permission;

* use the Community to advertise, solicit, fundraise, recruit clients, promote affiliate links, send unsolicited messages or sell products/services without written permission;

* share access, login details, member-only materials or recordings; or

* copy, republish, record, extract or distribute Community content.

The Community is not a medical, therapy, counselling, mental-health, crisis or emergency service. Participant views and shared experiences are their own and do not constitute advice from us.

We may moderate discussions and remove content or suspend/terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce rules, comply with law, or protect the security and functioning of the Community. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach, except when immediate action is necessary

7. Founding Member price and payment

The Founding Member Bundle price is AUD $99 [inclusive of GST / plus GST, as applicable].

Payment must be made in full at checkout unless we expressly offer another arrangement.

Payments are processed through the payment functionality available through Content Creator Machine and/or [insert payment processor]. We do not ordinarily store full payment-card details.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, incomplete or fraudulent, we may suspend or restrict access while the matter is investigated and resolved.

8. Seven-day Founding Member money-back guarantee

We provide a voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee for the Founding Member Bundle.

The guarantee period begins on the Course Content Release Date, as defined in Clause 3. It does not begin when you purchase the Bundle, receive a receipt, receive a welcome email, obtain Community access alone, or receive basic onboarding information.

To request a refund under this voluntary guarantee, email [email protected] within seven calendar days after the Course Content Release Date. Include:

* your full name;

* the email address used for purchase;

* your transaction/order details, if available; and

* a clear statement that you are requesting a refund under the seven-day Founding Member guarantee.

If you make a valid request within the guarantee period, we will refund the AUD $99 Bundle purchase price to the original payment method, unless another method is required or agreed.

We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

After your refund is processed:

* Course and Community access may be removed or disabled;

* you must stop using the Bundle and delete downloaded member-only materials where reasonably practicable; and

* you must not access, copy, share or use Course or Community material.

The guarantee applies to the Bundle as a whole. You cannot retain Community access while receiving a full Bundle refund.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not limit or replace, rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Cancellations after the guarantee period

After the voluntary seven-day guarantee period ends, we do not provide a refund for change of mind, a decision not to use the Course or Community, inability to attend live sessions, dissatisfaction arising solely from the smaller size or founding-stage nature of the Community, a change in personal circumstances, or failure to participate.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may not transfer your Bundle access to another person without our prior written approval.

10. Changes, interruption or cancellation by us

We may make reasonable changes to Course session dates, facilitators, content, materials, technology, platform, Community structure, features or delivery methods where reasonably necessary.

If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the overall nature and value of the Bundle and notify affected Founding Members where practicable.

If we cancel the Bundle before the Course Content Release Date and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will provide a full refund of the Bundle price.

If a significant disruption occurs after the Course Content Release Date, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule sessions, extend access, provide substitute content, restore access or provide another appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Bundle Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory right, remedy, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible goods and services. If the Bundle does not comply with a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the nature and seriousness of the problem.

Our seven-day voluntary guarantee is in addition to your non-excludable legal rights.

12. Health information and privacy

The Bundle is educational only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, personal clinical care, therapy or emergency support.

Please do not submit detailed health records, pathology or imaging reports, genetic data, medication lists or other sensitive health information unless we expressly ask for it through an appropriate process. You are not required to provide such information to participate in general Course or Community activities.

By choosing to speak, post, show your camera, contribute in chat or share information in the Community or live sessions, you understand other enrolled participants may see or hear what you share and that live sessions may be recorded as described in these Bundle Terms.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Health information is sensitive information and has additional protections under Australian privacy law.
